Last month, Tommy, Debbie and Nicole headed to Orlando, Florida to attend Disney Institute’s Quality of Service Conference.  As part of our ongoing commitment to exceptional client service, we thought we would hear from the pro’s.  We all earned our mouse ears and are looking forward to putting into practice what we learned.
